Why travel with Go Kiwi Go?
GKG is part of AFS New Zealand, which formed during WWI and well, we've been doing school and 18+ exchanges for nearly 70 years in NZ. So bottom line is we know what we're doing.
AFSers were the original American Field Service Ambulance drivers who took the wounded in the field, to hospitals during the first and second world wars. After WWII, the drivers wanted to spread the message of world peace. They believed the best way to do that was to have young people understand other cultures and the obvious way to them was through student exchanges.
They believed if students from around the world could live and experience other cultures by immersing themselves, they would be better positioned to help the world find peace.
As part of this, AFS NZ has also provided community service programmes for those over 18 who wanted volunteer experiences. But now we've decided that this market needs it's own place, so GKG is providing community service and a larger range of projects to those over 18, enabling them to experience other cultures and 'do good'. We work with trusted overseas partners to provide Kiwi's with unique, challenging and life changing volunteer experiences.

- We work with external providers to ensure you're pre-departure experience is second to none and that you're well prepared and ready to go.
